I didn't do any birding this morning, although I did notice an adult Bald Eagle Flying around Gildersleeve Island in Portland and Hooded Mergansers on Pine Brook Bog in East Hampton. I took a walk along the river to the quarries in the afternoon. It was a beautiful , sunny 70 degree day. It looks as though this Garter snake -
